"I had been seeking out ways to help with anxiety that felt like it was taking over my life! As well as needing help setting boundaries and feeling good about them. I've sought out therapy, energy healers, yoga , mindfulness groups as well as other home remedies and techniques. I noticed Zoe's program bite-sized beginnings. Her story as well as the juicy information she was sharing was so inviting to me!! I knew she had information I wanted to receive. After a small mindset challenge on facebook I began working with Zoe Kern as my coach. She is a true gem in this field. She gave me tools I could quickly implement into my life that noticeably improved my mindset and lowered my anxiety. I felt a positive shift during the sessions let alone I felt lifted up after each session with plans for the week that helped me fill up my mind, body and soul. “Prior to connecting with Zoe and starting my Bite Size Beginnings journey, I have to admit I was in a very dark place. On the outside, I was portraying this image of having it all together. As a woman in my mid-twenties, I had a successful career, lived in a bustling city, was in the "best shape" of my life. My friends and family would often commend me for being skinny, fit, healthy and happy. On the inside, each day I was guilty and ashamed with my secret. Unbenounced to everyone around me, I was struggling with binge eating, bulimia, disordered eating, body image and the slew of anxieties that accompanied these. I couldn't go a day without obsessing with my body, what I ate, and my level of exercise to compensate for the lack of control I felt I was increasingly losing. I felt out of control, desperate and alone. After I started working with Zoe, I realized that freedom, recovery and growth are all possible. We worked on building sustainable daily actions, habits and routines that have transformed my mindset, not only with food, but in all areas of my life. My relationships became better, my confidence in myself grew exponentially, and I learned how to feel proud, free and happy in my healthy body and mind. I can confidently say that working with Zoe has transformed my life for the better and that I will forever be thankful I took the first step to reach out. "My pantry makeover session with Zoe was truly an eye-opener for me. Zoe is very thorough in her presentation and she makes it fun and easy to follow with simple everyday examples from my kitchen. I liked the Traffic Light and Ingredients List handouts so much that I printed/laminated them so I have them with me all the time. I learned a lot and really enjoyed learning what to “Look For” and what to “Avoid.” In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I have asked Zoe to do a group session for my team of seven employees. "My pantry makeover with Zoe was so insightful and informative! I generally eat pretty healthy and wasn’t quite sure how much I’d get out of this session but I was pleasantly surprised! Zoe helped me really understand just what is really in the foods I’m eating and busted some misconceptions I had about what is and isn’t good for you. She is really knowledgeable and the whole session was very fun and engaging. Highly recommended for everyone, whether you look at the nutrition facts/ingredients list when you grocery shop or not, there’s still something you can gain from this.
