Meet Zoe

Hi there! I’m Zoe Kern, a vibrant and passionate Master Certified Health Coach, CHWC that is here to support you wherever you are on your unique health journey. I am a health and wellness enthusiast, proud mama to a smiley baby boy and sweet mini Goldendoodle dog, and wife to a grillmaster and college football enthusiast.


I am a lover of all things dark chocolate and you can find me baking nutrient-dense, delicious treats, doing yoga, playing with my baby, going on a beach walk with my dog, researching new superfoods, ways to help women with food first, or planning our next family trip. 


I have a lifetime of experience in healing relationships with self, mind, and body. My work emphasizes self-love, balance, and confidence, making food a source of joy and healing by nourishing our bodies from the inside out.


My specialization is in holistic health and wellness focusing specifically on women’s health, mindset, nutrition, and preparing for and experiencing a healthy pregnancy and postpartum.
